Building an inflatable boat is complex, and expensive and is best left to the professionals. Non-EU Yachts In Greece?

Does anyone have current experience of this charge for sailing yachts that visit Greece? I have just been told that there is a huge fee to pay, based on L.O.A x beam, if your boat stays longer than 3 months. This is not mentioned in the Imray Greek Waters Pilot, edition 9.
